Bringing The Show To Your Table

 

At Aria, delectable restaurants are the entertainment, but the dishes themselves play a starring role. Following the masterwork in the kitchen, dishes are presented table-side, in full, appetite-inducing view—a dazzling experience for the senses indeed. Each of the spaces here are unique — evident by their cuisine, decor, mood and feel.

 

With its mix of moody lighting and dramatic shadows, Bardot conveys the mood of early French film noirs. Using this visual theme as our guide, we move inside. The restaurant is alive. Everything is in motion. Couples mingle, guests chat and bartenders create artisanal cocktails. As choreographed, the server begins plating. This is the show, and the unexpected luxury, guests have come to see.

Throughout this tasteful series of films, our goal was to showcase each of Aria’s premier dining options bring by singling out a signature dish at each location - Bardot, Jean Georges, Carbone, and Blossom. Then, matching the pace and fervor of the Vegas Strip downstairs, we would add elegance, color and intrigue. The result, we hope, is something positively delectable.
