Meet Massimo Falsini, Executive Chef at Solbar
Rated one of the World's Best Hotel Brands by Travel + Leisure in 2017, the Auberge Resorts Collection is a symbol of unmatched quality. Our first of several projects showcased Solage, Calistoga; an unmistakable jewel in the heart of wine country. In three edible episodes, we turned our attention to the cuisine, libations and wellness experiences that delight guests as they arrive.
At Solage, patrons may begin their day with a hot air a balloon ride, then follow it with a mellow hike, a floating meditation and a crafted cocktail; in whatever order they so choose. To detail the personalities that bring Solage to life, we adopted an engaging, documentary style—inspired by Abstract and Chef’s Table.
Our hosts included Massimo Falsini, Executive Chef; Kelly, a one-time firefighter turned Master of Libations at Solbar, and Helen; the esteemed Director of Spa Solage. Each brought an artful joy to their role, and this translated wonderfully to their performance on screen.
