One day someone told Thomas "Do what you love, and love what you do". Thomas foolishly took their advice - apparently they were on to something. As the Director of Photography for Venture Visuals, Thomas spends his days doing the same things he'd do if he had no job - video, photography, surfing, rock climbing, and eating yellow curry. Ironically, this makes him really good at what he does.

After abandoning his stuffy suit job in Los Angeles, Seth set out to work in the creative industry. Seth is conflicted - his natural ability and passion for design and writing pull him to the right, but his love for marketing and strategy pull to the left. Seth holds his Bachelors in Finance, a Masters in Marketing, degrees in graphic design and writing from the school of hard knocks, and is currently working on his Bachelors in Computer Science. When he's not creating media strategies for clients, Seth is found playing music or chasing storms with his snowboard in hand.

Scott has been fascinated by telling stories with pictures since he was a kid, and getting the chance to make a career out of it was just the icing on the cake. Even on a bad day, he'll tell you he's got the best job in the world. Scott got his first taste of a real production company while he was still in high school and he's hung on to that taste ever since. Although the world said to take the safe road with a job in business or sports medicine, Scott had been bitten and the creative venom had now coursed through his veins. There's no avoiding that jones once you know the satisfaction of creating and sharing with others. As a Hollywood ex-patriot, Scott carries many years of commercial film and television production around with him as his tool kit.
